Little Red Riding Hood Performance

Students from across year groups presented a multi art form performance of Little Red Riding Hood by BBC Teach School Radio to visiting Year 2 children from Callis Grange Infant School.

The piece included several songs and dance routines to accompany the ensemble acting in presenting this well-known tale and even featured a giant-sized puppet of the Wolf! The performance was the result of collaboration between several of the Arts after school clubs including: Years 5 and 6 Scripted Drama Club, Year 4 Elite Dance Club, Years 3 and 4 Samba ‘n’ Singing Club, and Years 5 and 6 Accomplished Artists Club. Well done to all the students involved for their hard-work in rehearsals and for their dedication and confidence during the performance, the audience really seemed to enjoy the show and we look forward to hopefully seeing many again at our Open Day next week!
