Last Tuesday, 10 girls from our Year 6 Netball squad played in a festival at St Georges. The girls played 6 games, winning 4, drawing 2 and losing only 1. Our team had great fun trying out new positions and well done especially to Rebecca and Isla who made their debut for the school.
We’ve had a fabulous week with lots of exciting things happening, including a visit from author Josh Lacey, Book sales, Word Count reading competition, Buddy reading and a Dress up day, with some marvellous costumes! We hope the children enjoyed it as much as we did!
On Monday, our very talented Dance Squad performed at the ‘Great Big Dance Off’ in Chatham and they won!
We are so incredibly proud of them and they now progress to the Grand Final in Oxford.
